Again it must be stated that upon reffection there were many good individuals involved in my late grandads care unfortunatly Mrs Sharratt is not one of them.
My own view and oppinion on this lady,
As with all the previous listed Social Workers in Staffordshire I have reviewed her actions and unfortunatly she appears to not be capable of writing the truth regarding phisical situations and telephone conversations.
This is fully apparent to the family by the review of the Social Care File between 2010 and 2011.
She states in the social care file that Mr Osborne a carer at the property upon being asked how grandad was stated he was unwell, this was true.
Mrs Sharratt advised Mr Osborne to contact the GP.
According to Mrs Sharratts report on the Care File she States that Mr Osborne refused and stated that Mr Osborne said it was ok because grandad was dieing.
This never happend and was not the content of the tellephone call.
Mrs Sharrarrt further fails to record on the care notes a personal incident that happend to Grandad whilst in her care.
Mrs Sharratts failings were as following failure to accuratly report information,creation of ficticiuos events.
It is imperative that those who practice in social work do not involve themselfs in idle gossip however should always take the time to look deeper when they presume something may be wrong.
