Today yet another Social Worker in Staffordshire.
I just want to ensure the reader that this is not a which hunt this is a genuine public warning relating to the overzealous actions of a specific group of social care professionals who were hell bent on creating a false belief of fictitious events to prove a situation that did not exist.
Bethan Lally was my Late grandfathers Social Worker, during her time as his apparent provider she failed to ensure that monies from the county councils appointee account were accurately accounted for and failed to file or gain receipts for financial transactions.
Mrs Lally further when asked by the family to assist in a safeguarding issue at the Care Home would not attend a meeting to discuss my late grandads safety.
Mrs Lally failed to ensure that my late grandfathers daily needs were being provided by the Care Home.
Bethan Lally directly threatened me in a telephone call which when clarified by the family solicitor she confirmed that it was necessary to act in this manner.
The issue of threatening conduct was raised by the solicitor with a Mrs Kate Bullivant complaints manager at Staffordshire County Council, the letter was initially stated as not received.
The Letter from the Solicitor was sent again and acknowledged by Mrs Bullivant.
The issue of threatening conduct has been raised with the County Council and the Local Government Ombudsman have also been made aware or this criminal conduct.
To date there is no sign of referral to the HCPC being made by the Council or the Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust.
Also to Date there has been no response from the County Council in the matter of Threatening Conduct.
Staffordshire Police state that they will wait to see the Local Government Ombudsman Decision,Unfortunately the LGO have seen fit to ignore the threatening conduct, I can only assume the police will also take this position.
The County Council are fully aware that my late grandfathers finances were mismanaged and the audit that had to be forced on the County Council further confirmed that the receipt system was not being used properly with a vast amount of funds not being fully accountable, This had caused a financial detriment to both my grandfather and other elderly people and was not just an isolated case.
Just one simple answer Bethan Lally has bought the title of Social Worker into disrepute she has failed to protect a vulnerable adult and used her position to unnecessarily threaten a family member / carer.
To date bethan Lally is still employed as a social worker in staffordshire.

As always not all Social Workers act in these ways and credit goes to the three professionals who were there for Grandad and Me for those who may want to know here are the initials of those who genuinely did there best to help and care CM and SP and JC.
