Today I am going to try to show the reader what false data can cause to the Elderly and there families.
The mental distruction that can be caused to family life with lies and disinformation
I have tried many times without any sucess to gain the home care record that was apperenty supplied by Archangel Care known as Archangel Enterprises ltd to Mrs Yvonne Sivyer at Staffordshire County Council on or around the 7th November 2011.
The set of records cover the period of the 9th September 2011 - 23 September 2011.

Diary notes from Archangel received, issues of concern
identified in the diary notes regarding events that would
have triggered a safeguarding investigation prior to his last
hospital admission.
Mrs Sivyer is so concerned by the contents of the day care notes that she raised the concern that Archangel Care Limited had failed to inform the County Council of a risk to my late grandfathers safety.
She further states that the care company should be reported and issue raised with the CQC.
As the reader can see this is a very serious matter and would sugest that I myself and or Mr Osborne a further carer were abusing or neglecting my late grandfather.
The County Council then used this information to Uphold a finding that I was guilty of abuse and neglect and that his care at home during this period was abusive and neglected.
Unfortunatly the care notes from the 9th September 2011 - 23 September 2011 had never been taken from his own home by Archangel Care and were in my possesion at the same time as the apparent provision from Archangel Care to the County Council.
I have taken this matter up with Archangel Care Ltd who after investigation concluded the following
That there were no record of any day care notes at the companies office further.
That the care notes that I had held from the 9th September 21011 were the original documents, This was confirmed upon viewing by Mr Robert Parsons Business Development Officer.
In my original care notes there was no neglect or abuse or any situation that could have triggered A Safeguarding Refferal.
The question here is what did happen, did Archangel Care Falsify a set of 2 weeks care records to cover the companies failure to have these on record.
Or did Staffordshire County Council Invent the existence of this information to gain the placement of my late grandfather into care and to prove their vexatious whitch hunt and gain the value of my late grandfathers property
It has come to my attention that Mrs Kate Bullivant of Staffordshire County Council has apparently advised Archangel Care that if I want a copy of any Day Care Sheets that I can apply under the DPA.
I hold no doubt that asking for the Documents from Staffordshire County Council is pointless as I hold the originals and the documents that Mrs Bullivant has refered to are fraudulent, The content of which would be very interesting to read.

Archangel care agency, she informed me of the
following;
Archangel provided support from 09-9-2011 double up visits x 4 daily.
Carers reported that often no food or drinks were left.
On one occasion when the carers attended they found Ron laying on the floor he was cold, carers got him up he informed the carers that Stephen was aware he had fallen out of bed and it was alleged he said” you can lay there until the carers get here.” I asked her if this incident was reported as it is neglect and abuse,
she replied no it wasn’t formally reported. I asked why and expressed my concern about her staffs nowledge on what triggers a safeguarding assessment.
She went on to inform me that carers would sit with Ron at meal times to encourage him to eat, it was alleged on one occasions the carers were sat with Ron having a cup of tea when Stephen entered the room and said” Its not a f---ing social club.
The grandson was giving Ron his medication, but staff expressed concern when they checked the blister pack and medication had not been given to a few days. This was reported but not signposted to the allocated worker.
She said for most of the time there was little produce in the property.
All of this information has been created and has been proven as false.

Strategy meeting minutes to follow. Unfortunately Julia Bolton registered manager of Archangel did not attend, no apologies received.
The allegations of abuse were upheld apart from the allegation of financial abuse because this can not be
substantiated.
It was agreed regarding the agency that actions are necessary, I will signpost to procurement and contact CQC
regarding the concerns. Case will be closed to me. AP2 completed and sent to manager to process.

To safeguarding team message left for Stephen Dale requesting he contact me regarding additional information I have identified regarding a care agency not signposting abuse which would have triggered a safeguarding assessment in September 2011 prior to his hospital
admission on 27-09-2011

As the reader can see Mrs Yvonne Sivyer held concerns that Archangel Care had failed to signpost the concerns which would have left my late grandafther at risk if any of the suposed evidence had been true.
None of the above situations regarding my late grandads care at his own home ever happened and were created fraudulently to enable Mrs Sivyer and the County Council to gain controll of a vulnerable elderly man.
Without knowing if Archangel Care created these defamatory notes or if they were invented by Staffordshire County Council, this will leave A doubt in the families memory to ever trust these individuals again.
The full set of Genuine Care Notes are available on this website as also all medicine charts for the period these at no time have been in the possesion of Archangel Care or the County Council, These clearly show no neglect or abuse.
