It looks as if there maybe some poor quality professional social workers here in Staffordshire.
It gives me no pleasure what so ever to name this individual for her failure to act in a manner expected of A Social Work Professional as acknowledged by her employer and the LGO.
To date after many years of complaint this individual has not been referred to the HCPC for her omissions and failings and is curently practicing as a Social Worker in Staffordshire.
I have raised the issue of Mrs Sivyer actions many times and unfortunately I can only concede that her employer would wish to protect this individuals failings
To protect the public and to uphold the social work profession this individual must be named.
