Like A dog at A letterbox

Hi folkes

Still no mail and no telephone call so have sent A message direct to the cabinet minister for adult social care at Staffordshire County Council.

Its like Jump starting A Knackered car you just have to keep kicking it.

Will update when I get reply.





Dear Mr Ellis

I am very sorry for yet again having to contact you with this matter.

I refer to my recent E.mail to yourself regarding the actions of your council and the handling of the family's complaint.

The independent investigation has finished over 3 weeks ago promised telephone calls do not materialize from your staff.

The councils handling of my grandfathers affairs and the treatment afforded to the family has been unacceptable.

After waiting for promised return calls my mother rang again only to be informed at that time that our grandfathers social worker has been removed and replaced temporarily by A Mrs xxxxxxxx, this is completely unacceptable to the family.

My mother is yet again awaiting calls from your staff.

Myself and Solicitor are still awaiting A response from your Mrs Kate Bullivant regarding the threatening behavior of one of your staff this also appears to be not forthcoming.

I would be greatfull of your direct involvement to provide to the family and solicitor the full 66 page report immediately with the councils actions as this is well overdue.

I have been informed that it is currently been with your Mr Carl Griffiths since the 9th October.

Your councils commitment to ignorance is not acceptable

This matter has gone unresolved for now over A year.
