It has been A short time since I updated you all on progress, So here goes.
After A long time reveiwing the Independent Investigations as i have said before there are many false statements made by Social Workers.
The false information that has been provided to the Investigator also includes false, Vexatious and in general misleading statements.
Where my Grandfathers Hospital care was concerned including lack of care and poor food and neglect, These matters are now in the hands of the Health Service Ombudsman.
We have been to a meeting that was provided so that the council could tell us what there agenda would be for the meeting.
In this meeting they provided me with a letter explaining why they had removed the appointeship from myself.
This was because I had taken monies out of a joint account to make grandads home suitable and the usual extras like food heating water bills etc.
Prior to this meeting I had contacted the Staffordshire County Council to request if I could place information in front of them to forward to the Chief Executive and it was stated that I could.
So I paid myself for my own Short hand note taker because all previous meetings have not been accurately recorded and errors made.
I have retained some information back, but have given them a few examples of there social workers failings.
Still cannot name names but lets call this lady social worker A...
Social worker "A" receives concern from doctor on ward that A family member has requested a Mental Capacity assessment also whilst conducting an adult protection form issues are raised from grandad about food,His wallet and has not seen any bank statements.
Grandad has been in the hospitals care for many months.
"A" Rings suspected abuser (Me) and asks for a meeting regarding grandad (does not state reason for meet)
I agre to go same day because it may be time for him to come home great.........
Landmine moment the meeting is to drop a bombshell on us, So I ask "A" to carry out all her investigations.
"A" allegedly talks to all support services and writes in care file that care company state that I swear at grandad and when there staff visit I withhold medication and that on one occasion there staff found my grandad on the floor they covered him with bedding, rang a 999 call and that I was in the property but failed to assist.
As the reader can see very damning and that I allegedly do not give a care about my grandfather.
Few problems with this:
Grandad did have a fall and myself called the ambulance (Have CD for 999 call)
He was covered up prior to there arrival (On CD)
The care company were administering meds Signed meds sheet from staff
There was no swearing (We hold all day care sheets)
This was all raised in the meeting, And what was the response from the staffordshire CC staff and NHS trust Staff, Complete Shock.
And The Answer yet again Raise Another Complaint ?????
