This Document has been amended and Respect is given to Mr Stuart Poynor for reviewing evidence in my Grandfathers care and the actions of his trusts employees.
Hi Blog Buddies
With all the publicity around Stafford Hospital and the Francis Report it is easy for Mr Cammeron and Mr Milliband to make these issues look like an isolated case.
There is only one way to make the NHS accountable.
These issues should be held against each Cheif Executive in charge of any trust which causes failure.
These people receive huge amounts in wages to be Accountable for the actions of there respective Trusts and to be aware of what is going on.
I myself have been in elderly care wards and witnessed first hand the treatment of elderly where Staff and Social workers walk walk around wards with there eyes shut to what is happening.
Elderly being ignored, Losing Weight and dehydrated, and never a raised Adult Protection Issue.
Poor management, underpaid insufficient staff , Cheap inappropriate food, should fall to the blame of any Chief Executive
As an Electrician if I had caused or been knowledgeable to an act or failing, causing death and injury I could be imprisoned or fined.

There will never be a cultural change in these trusts whilst no accountability is the norm.
These people from Chief Executives to Politicians and investigators talk about Transparency, This is a word to which they have no understanding and ignorance is the Norm.
The British public require on each board a general member of the public to put the voice of the Service user forward.
We will continue to push for action against the University Hospital of North Staffordshire an Staffordshire & Stoke-On-Trent Partnership until either fully acknowledged or changes are seen by the NHS.
Moto for the day "Misplacing patient care notes will not stop you getting investigated or publicity"
