Its been a good few days since I updated you on how things are going.
Here we go The Local Government Ombudsman have made there initial decision on the complaint and although they agree that inaccuracies exist in the statements from social workers to the Independent Investigator.
The Ombudsman has referred to our statements that the Council have adulterated and removed / added information as serious allegations of fraud.
We have sent a request for the Ombudsman to review its decision as we can not comprehend that the weight of evidence is there in plain sight.
I will update shortly how this is going.
The HCPC which is the professional body for upholding public confidence in Social Work have still not returned our latest correspondence for now over a month and the Social Worker reported for what we felt was A failure to carry out An Adult at Risk investigation and to document accordingly is still practicing in Social Work around adults, families and carers.
With regard to Stoke-On-Trent Partnership Trust, They have been found to have lost/misplaced all my granfarthers medical Notes and have paid compensation which is an insult.
with regard to The University Hospital of North Staffordshire, They to have been found to have lost/misplaced all my grandfathers medical Notes and have also paid compensation which is an insult.
And now down to Freedom of information and Subject Access Requests.
The Department for Work and Pensions after initially been found at fault for breaching the 40 day rule have now provided some documents.
A copy of A letter from Staffordshire County Council to the DWP in which the council request for them to hold receipt for grandads pension,Etc.
This letter states that I myself have been financially abusing my grandfarther.
I require answers from the County Council as if this were true I should be in Jail
Staffordshire County Council on multiple occasions have inappropriately threatened me with police action and accused me of theft of public monies.
I have made available all my own bank accounts to the police and provided witnesses and expenditure evidence to the police.
receiving advice on this at present will keep you all updated.
Where any further information has been requested from Staffordshire County Council the persistent Data Protection Act wall of silence is still in place and I can only pursue this through the ICO.
The family can only assume this is A Blatant Attempt to hide the truth.
Hopefully soon should have some further reading information so that the reader can make there own decision who the Abusers are.
Grandad is getting over his infection and is keeping warm.

I am currently having problems with Staffordshire Adult Protection about my dad. His wife has taken all the money out of the joint accounts and put it in her name or her sons. Staffordshire seem to think I am just a trouble maker. They have been dreadful - meetings are not minuted correctly, they make things up, conveniently forget that they have said things. We are seeing Councillor Staples - have you had any dealings?

Where it comes to joint accounts the council should not interveen as unfortunatly these are joint between his wife and him.
In my case the Council decided to accuse me of theft out of my own account which was joint with grandfarther lol.
If your dad is claiming any form of benefit for care homes or in general you could state that you suspect that his family are hiding this money.
This is known as deprivation of assets.
Unfortunatly his wife is the endpoint or should be.
Always remember when dealing with Staffordshire County Council.
Remain focused.
Do not let them sugest what your complaint should be (Because they will) and it will be watered down.
You will be experiencing if you already havent long delays in replies
They will provide an internal investigation if required as above your complaint will be watered down and you may be supprised to be informed that "They dont like investigating there own staff.
I have had an apparent independent investigation carried out with the findings based on false and vexatious / defamatory information which not only was this tainted information provided to an investigator it was also used to base the outcome lol.
I enlisted the help of a solicitor but unfortunatly the bat and ball game that happened between both the solicitor and the council used up all my legal aid.
Result of that solicitor gets money we get no justice.
Always remember whatever they say take note,
Whatever they do take note
Do not react out of frustration and disbeleife it will get you knowhere.
Whenever you have a meeting with them have someone you know personally to take notes.
Do not accept that they will do the notes and post you a copy because they will not be verbatim.
You say you are meeting up with a Councillor staples I hope you have more luck tham me because our own MP does not give a damm...
