Outcome decisions have now been changed where the trust have admitted where item 1 has been upheld

After yet another long week of pass the E,mail this is what I have to Report.
It appears that under the DPA organizations have a legal responsibility to ensure that all information they hold on any individual must be Accurate.
Well that should be something that Staffordshire County Council should be held to Account for as we already are aware of the statements that have been made.
For the new readers I am supposed to be abusive and thief along with other degrading comments, You the reader can decide lol
As I have promised before this blog is not going to withhold anything from the reader so that the reader can be the judge based on written evidence and correspondence.
I am currently editing the 63 page Independent Investigation report that will be available over the next few days but for now I am posting the complaint outcomes.
These following pages state which complaints the County Council Upheld and what was stated was not upheld.
The outcomes were of no suprise as we were fully expecting the county council to protect its own staffs actions.
Remember the investigation guidelines used in this investigation do not have to look at the truth or if a social worker or workers persistently lie the outcome is based on whatever paperwork that they hold at that time.
With the above stated this has become recently apparent as although Staffordshire County Council are fully aware of the contradiction in there own notes regarding myself being a thief if they investigated the member of staff that had made this statement this still would not change the outcome.
It is unfortunate that nothing will ever be learnt by this council whilst this behavior gets ignored.
Anyway back to the subject as you will see there are some upheld complaints specifically around the conduct and transparency at Staffordshire County Council.
Hopefully by next week my further SAR requests will be back from the PNC and Staffordshire Police.
Its going to get interesting....
