I know a good few of you people out there and just wondered who and why you stick with my updates.
Well here we go for our followers who read in complete knowledge of the behavior of our NHS Trusts and our County Councils, We are all learning from others experience and our own.
Even we the lesser people still stand back with disbelief at how the elderly and there carers are treated with contempt.
For those who think "No Smoke Without Fire" if you have cared for a family members with constant removal and denial of respite whist caring for someone with dementia,I can tell you 1 major point.
Elderly people with dementia can refuse to eat they can be depressed and become very defendant of there own lack of capacity in the social world around them.
The challenges people with dementia can show require a special understanding and support and knowledge.
All of this was never made available or offered to me as a carer from Staffordshire County Council, Everything had to be begged for.
Staffordshire County Council say that "I can be very challenging" and to those who feel this is a bad attribute to have I make it very clear.
If your home visit carers
Fail to turn up.
Physically abuse a 91 year old.
After a tea visit at 18.00 came back again at 18:30 to make him get into bed.
Provide inefficient care whilst at the home.
If you the Staffordshire County Council provide
Promises of respite being backtracked due to lack of respite beds.
actively support Social Workers to Lie and provide misleading liable statements.
Hinder investigation of staff misconduct.
forcefully by liable remove a financial appointee then fail to provide for the elderly persons needs.
Allow Social Workers to inappropriately spend the elderly persons monies on non required items.
I make it very clear I am Challenging and feel that the family and myself hold every right to be of this mindset.
So "No Smoke Without Fire" Staffordshire County Councils Social workers started all this when all i begged for was respite.
For all you professionals be it business solicitors, Barristers etc.
I am not legally trained I am just your everyday joe, It is true that it was hard caring for my granddad but with sod all to none existent social care and support for my possible needs.
Then push comes to shove and its going to cost to much for him to be in his own home the County Council dream up a complete fabrication of lies "This is not the end and we will have the facts and truth as openly public as possible"
For those readers who come here to see what I am writing about you be it a social worker or County Council or even there own solicitors.
I will consistently state the truth which will include names
I will prior to making statements on this site hold full evidence to prove the persons statements are lies or defamation and liable.
I have tried Staffordshire County Councils Complaints Department and I am very sure that like its Social Services Team it is also Not Fit for Purpose.
A Challenge to your legal team at Staffordshire County Council I have my evidence based upon the families own full investigations and these prove without any doubt the conduct Of both Staffordshire County Council.
All social workers that the family have already identified in the report that have lied will be followed up.
This is not for any other purpose apart that the public should be able to uphold trust in a social worker to provide factual statements and be truthful, The family feel that there is no place for lies within this field as this causes neglect to vulnerable adults and unnecessary distress to family and misleads independent investigators.
The family will continue in pursuing this matter until acknowledged and a full unbiased investigation is carried out by any government department and the findings published in the publics best interests.
For note until todays date still no decision from either Staffordshire County Council or Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Partnership regarding investigation of misconduct.
A lessen to be learnt Mid Staffordshire Hospital you can cover up and lie and try to ignore and delay complaints with any excuse trying to buy time.
It will become public in time and the perpetrators bought to account.
