Social Workers ignored and failed to even
discuss the removal of the appointeship that grandad had set up with
him, he was never consulted never advised and never asked for his
opinion.
All our family has seen is continual use of the MCA and not for the benefit of grandad but being utilized along with the DPA to hide and withhold information critical to public confidence and accountability.
These important legal safeguards are inappropriately being used as work tools by some social workers.
