I have just been going through accounts from the care home and they make for distressing reading.
I can only hope that I do not live to get old.
What you would expect should be made available financially to the elderly person falls woefully short.
to the point of excessive negligence.
It is a mess of poor book keeping and missing receipts and failed financial responsibility.
I have been the executor of my late grandfathers estate for nearly 4 weeks and all information has been gained from banks etc
The only party to still play the evasive game is the county council who still have not provided any of the information that I have requested and has further provided random values.
I have today received a debt letter caused by the negligent management of my grandfathers monies.
I am fast losing patience and the unnecessary stress is beyond a joke.
I no longer want or will waste my time being fobbed of with excuses and delays.
It would have been nice to see some sort of feedback by now.
It is looking increasingly possible that litigation is going to be required and as such if any of you good folk out there wish to suggest any specialist litigation solicitors I would be grateful....
