Hi Folks
This is a decision notice regarding how Staffordshire County Council handle requests for personal information held by them.
I suppose they never received it lol take a look at the address folks
As you can see they will dawdle to the point of stupidity when issues are raised regarding accurate data or where Subject Access Requests are requested.
It appears the mentality of the CC is to be completely ignorant.
Hat off to the Information Commissioner for serving notice.
