Well it has taken some months to wrap up the estate for my deceased granddad but all is now done.
A simple look at timelines.
Efficient handling of a deceased persons estate carried out by myself and family 6 Months
Ineffective ignorance in complaint handling and deceit by my County Council 3 Years and still dragging out.
If we need efficiencies Staffordshire County Council need to look at themselfs a little closer.
I have had to give up on any accountability of the care home or the county council when it comes to the theft and lack of accountability of my late grandads money.
The County Council, My MP and the Police are not interested in this criminal act, I must accept that this is just the way it has to be.
I have learnt A lot over these last few years and strongly believe that we live in a totally corrupt society.
As for the ongoing saga with Staffordshire County Council a list of questions was sent to them from the Local Government Ombudsman many months ago.
After the councils attempts to dismiss the most serious questions regarding Adult Safeguarding they sent a reply to the LGO.
The reply, I can only presume was as vague as they could possibly provide with as much slander as they thought they could try to get away with.
This has taken many further months.
It appears that they hold as much respect for the LGO as they have shown towards myself and family.
Where it comes to the LGO I must wait even longer whilst the county council wish to dilute and be ignorant to the actions and conduct of their own staff.
The sad fact of this is I yet again feel ignored and frustrated at how a County Council can conduct themselfs in this manner.
My Question "What do we pay these people to do".
