Evening all we had our meeting with the Care Home and they wished us not to record it but we did have notes taken.
It appeared that there were issues running the home prior to June.
The manager stated that there was A member of staff who had been pretending to be the home manager when we requested about grandads haircut and care.
And that she must have been the cause of false information to ourself and social services.
I requested this be in the notes, unfortunatly they left it out will call to address missing comments tommorow.
They confirmed that no razor was ever left in the office and that she had never seen his social worker prior to delivery of new razor and that there was no record of his social worker ever attending to our grandfarther.
The Care Home confirmed there feelings that there was an agenda that Staffordshire County Council were working to, All parties at the meeting failed to establish why they were behaving in this way.
It was aggread that they had never informed social services that
A. We did not visit grandad
B. Did not provide for him
C. That the family were not paying care home fees
All the above were the vixcatious comments stated by Staffordshire County Council towards the familly.
The statements were aggreed to be untrue by the Carehome .
The home have assured us that these issues will not happen again and that when grandad is unwell they will call us immediatly also that they hope that they can make us feel happy with grandads residency at there home.
We implemented grandads request for him to have his wallet on him a request that his social worker had failed to carry out.
The home requested A fresh start and the familly aggread.
Hopefully now grandad has his own wallet on him and the home is finnally providing some stimulation for the residents things will get better.
Grandad even told me that he had played skittles
All thats left to resolve now is Staffordshire County Council and the paperwork with solicitor is nearly in place keep watching folkes this aint about cash payouts its about people knowing what is going on, Lets get some answers.
