The supposed letter in post still has not arrived from Staffordshire County Council and they still have not returned calls made to there Complaints Management team we are getting used to this evasive behaviour and are eager to see the investigation outcome.
Will update you latter as we are about to have a meeting with the care home hopefully they can put our minds at rest in regard to his care.
