Well its the first working day back after the festivities
The family have all got together today to discuss where we are and the way forward.
So where are we ?
Stoke On Trent Primary Care Trust under review by Ombudsman for Neglect.
Social Worker reported for unprofessional behavior.
FOI Request made to Department for Work and Pensions for all correspondence between them and Staffordshire County Council.
FOI Request made to Staffordshire County Council for Granddads full care file with his authority.
Solicitor on stand by awaiting family instruction.
What have we proved ?
Granddad was neglected in the care of Stoke On Trent PCT.
The care agency supplied by social services made false claims
Multiple Social Workers made false statements and claims and as such are unfit for purpose
The Social Worker never checked statements or reviewed home care notes for the period of alleged investigation.
Staffordshire County Council removed our Grandfathers DWP Appointeship without reason and then still to date fail to provide visibility.
This is the year for change hopefully not just for our family but for all.
We will not stand by whilst elderly are abused and neglected whilst in hospital and certainly will not stand by whilst those we are supposed to uphold to protect, fail to carry out the duty of care.
We need answers why when an elderly man raised a concern why did a proper accurate investigation not take place.
Why had Staffordshire County Council made false statements in care files to the detriment of the family ?
This will not just go away "We Will Speak And They Will Listen"
