Gone To The Dogs

Hi Bloggers

It apears that even though I have problems getting justice there are more underhand things
going on in this country.

What sort of country do we live in that allows a woman's life to be infiltrated by police without due respect to the laws that are in place.

We all deserve protection from terrorists and laws exist for covert surveillance in our country.

I ask myself if these poor women have had people placed into there lives as partners, lovers etc then this is despicable behavior.

I agree that some form of surveillance is required if someone is deemed a financial or physical threat to the UK but I thought we held a right to free speech.

If these Women have gone through this degrading humiliation I hope that the culprits are bought to justice.

Now there is a word it goes along with something called transparency.

I myself know first hand of what it feels like to be assumed Guilty before the facts are established and my heart goes out to the Women for what it appears they have been through.

Here is a link to the inquest meeting.

And now a quick update on the old fella.

Went to see him today as I received a telephone call saying that he had no sterident, I remained calm as the council should be providing funds for the home to supply these to him.
The lady on the telephone informed me that they had been giving him the spares that were around the home.
I remained calm and E.mailed all parties concerned.

This contact included his Financial Appointee and the team at Staffordshire County Council.

I was bemused when I arrived at the home steridents in hand and door was opened by the home manager who demanded that I signed in,did not know I had to but thats fine it is a fire log so my mistake.

I was then informed that everything I was informed on the telephone was not true and that they had made a mistake and that grandad had plenty of money in his wallet and the home safe.

I had A meeting with the home manager and reaffirmed that the council had not been providing for him when he first arrived for three months and also the failings at the home including putting him in trousers that were not his and too big which were falling round his ankles.

I also shared my concerns with him regarding inappropriate spending of his monies by his previous Social Worker.

I explained to him that I was aware that he was not happy about my request to the police regarding the difering oppinions between what Staffordshire County Council were stating regarding payment issues and what I was been told was being received at the Home.

He says he understands now why we had informed the police.

The meeting went well and I have reiterated what I have said before to both the home and the Council that I will not tolerate any further failure to provide for him.

Now my car is fixed !  will be taking him out for a meal in the next couple of days as he is feeling a little down in himself.

And finaly for those waiting on the Health Ombudsmans findings I am currently clearing all documentation and it will all be on here soon, I can however confirm that I have received confirmation that all his notes are missing and cannot be located by either of the trusts concerned.

Remember folkes this country has gone to the dogs....
