HCPC Upholding Confidence in Social Workers

Hi Folkes

I have received my final response to placing a claim against a Social Worker at Staffordshire County Council.

I raised issue regarding her behaviour and that she had failed to check and validate information regarding a vulnerable adult investigation.

Although the HCPC have been provided evidence that this Social Worker has failed to comply with regulation and has then gone on to state untrue remarks onto a Care File is outside the scope for investigation.

I can only assume that the cover up of gross misconduct is prevalent within this organisation as well as Staffordshire County Council.

On the news today I saw a report of a mother who had lost her son in the hilsbourgh disaster.

She had spent all her life pushing for justice against the police and courts and finally was vindicated but has died of cancer prior to a full outing of the cover up.

I am not trying to jump on the back of this womans efforts but this does highlight the cover up mentality in this country.

The only way people learn is by listening to the truth and being open and transparent.

Just because councils, police, governments use these buzzword does not prove that they know what it any of it is in practice.

We are just one familly and we will not rest until these people are bought to account.

For the Elderly there Families and Carers past present and future, Adequate support, respite,Transparency and Truth.

Take Care Folkes
