Well today I have received the final decision from the Local Goverment Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman has yet again refered to the Investigating Officers Report as the Holy Grail of truth and not the pack of lies that I will show you below.
I part agree with the Ombudsman where it comes to our word against theres
It is made clear that the contact for this Independent Investigating Officer is an address at Staffordshire County Council. Independent ?
I have made it clear to the ombusman of contradicting statements where Multiple Social Workers have made comment to the IIO that is directly contradictory to what the person has recorded in the Social Care File, which forms part of the Investigation.
The Independent Investigating Officer Mrs Lisa Elkington Bourne never notices the continual contradictions from the Staffordshire County Council Staff.
Mrs Eyvone Sivyer Social Worker records that she has received a Fax from the Care Agency, No Fax was ever recorded as sent.
Mrs Sivyer goes on to enter into the Care File that I Have been swearing at care staff and my Grandfather all without validating the evidence.
Mrs Sivyer further makes coment regarding leaving my grandfarther on a floor and not calling for an ambulance and telling him to wait for Care Staff, This is also incorrect.
The same Employee then does not check and validate the acuracy of any of the information as if it had have been checked this would have been proven False.
Rightly so my grandad whilst confused raised a few issues around his homecare these being that he never has any money, does not see his post, and that myself buys different food for myself and that I eat at different times from him.
Mrs Sivyer does not check any day care sheets from the present care agency or medicine intake sheets or fluid and food charts for the care whilst grandad is at home prior to hospital addmision.
This Social Worker has failed in our opinion to carry out the Duties that she is employed for.
A Social Worker Mrs Amanda Trubshaw then sends a request to the Department for Work and Pensions that States that I have been using my grandfathers money for myself or words to that effect, implying that i am guilty of theft.
Mrs Trubshaw then provides a copy to view that I am A Thief to the Independent Investigating Officer.
At a Police Station with a solicitor present I have proven my innocence.
Mrs Andrea Trubshaw contary to the Mental Capacity Act implies that my grandfarther has no cappacity to a Police Officer thankfully the officer visits my grandfarther to see for himself and gains his views.
We have requested that Staffordshire County Council carry out an investigation into Mrs Andrea Trubshaws actions and unfortunately as any investigation would follow the same procedures we have been informed we would not be happy with the outcome, Looks like the outcome has already been decided.
Multiple further social workers within the employment of Staffordshire County Council from our own memory have consistently Lied and provided false statements to the Independent Investigator and the Social Care File.
We required an External Investigation due to the fact that Staffordshire County Council were ring fencing the investigation points and that as stated by Mr Robert Roche that they did not like investigating there own staff.
All named persons here can be proven for there individual actions or failings
This all started from a complaint regarding granddads treatment in the NHS
We are tired of the refference to this 63 page report as truth this document has been based on lies, Misinformation and False Documentation.
All we want is Justice and not Slander and Libel
The professional and accurate use of Vulnerable Adult Investigations
Myself and Family know the high level of care love and support we gave and still do for Grandad no one can take that from us
