Home care diary: ‘I have to start getting people ready for bed at 5.30pm’
I have wittnesed these cuts to timed visits that leave a vulnerable adult with little
to no support.
I have seen many "I am sorry i have got to get to my next call"
Understaffed care agencies,Care homes
Failure to provide adequate respite and support for the carer
The lies from many social workers and then the coverups by other social workers and there management.
There is no excuse "Blow The Whistle" you are damaging your own credibility
County councils obtaining financial status for a Vulnerable Adult and then not providing and money for the persons needs.
And when you raise your head to raise a complaint they will lie, invent and report any despicable lie to discredit.
My only complaints that started all this.
Please could I have the respite that you prommised.

I wish to report a carer that I have recorded on video pushing my granddad around.
These 3 simple complaints caused all the other social workers to base the opinion that I was a trouble maker.
Well guess what Staffordshire County Council you created this and you will be the purveyor of your own downfall.
After these reports I was turned on by Staffordshire County Council and I promise them now I will go to any length legally to challenge there behaviour.
As you can see it is all coming unwraped I am obtaining the police evidence and gaining information on your council and its failings and it will only be a matter of time until accountability is found.

Great post! Home care is a great thing that helps out seniors immensely. I just recently had to move across the country in order to take a job to support my family and my father; not wanting to relocate; decided he wanted to stay. We looked into various home care providers and decided on Visiting Angels. I feel so much more at ease knowing that he is being taken care of while I fill my obligations to my work.
