Simple Mrs Romeo needs to give social workers empowerment to blow the whistle I hope that she can restore some confidence in this proffesion, Unfortunatly the liers and false documentation and cover ups of situations needs sorting first this is not just about me and grandad it is the whole social work proffesion in disrepute.
The role of social worker demands truth and honesty I have yet to witness this
Social Workers should be able to do there job truthfully and with support not fear of dismissal
