Social Workers
If you cannot do your job properly blow the whistle because when the chips are down and the truth in the public domain your employer will turn on you.
It is your fault if your caseload is to big and you have to rush decisions that affect families and then as in this case you fail to do the right thing.
To much caseload is going to end up as a juggling act and if you dont raise this with your employer families will be damaged things will go wrong and risks missed you to could and should be left with the responsibility of your actions.
If you are the above type of Social Worker you have only your self to blame.
There is no point in crying about your employer after a baby has been killed and your pay packet has gone, Ask yourself were you complicit in the failure because I have my views.
As with any job you are responsible for your actions or failure.
