Well its been hot today and I have been finishing the front garden on granddads bungalow.
And as its Friday again and there has been the usual Friday here is your reply and you will not be able to do anything until Monday Emails lol.
I am getting used to these now, it where those of whom we shall not speak make stupid claims that they have not checked out.
Lets start with Staffordshire County Council
The family suspect that monies could have possibly not been accounted for properly as the council will not show visibility around our grandfathers monies which the Appointee manages.
I will not name this present social worker as she is new and has had this ridiculous mess dumped on her so although we hold a deep routed distrust of the few underhand fibbing types we will not tar this apparent nice person with the same brush.
As I stated the other day there was a confirmed thief employed by the care home and accountability of spending on our granddad was in question.
Any self respecting family member would wish accountability.
We contacted granddads social worker at the end of last week as no reply to an email from Staffordshire County Councils complaint department or its manager Mrs K Bullivant.
The social worker Appointee had responded via email but could not provide any information around amounts of monies which she was in charge of, I advised again on the call that we required accountability of funds as we believe a lack of monies or provision had affected granddad.
the social worker stated that she would have no problem with providing accountability but required Mrs K Bullivants approval first.
From past experience with Mrs Bullivant communication is a bit of a dead loss.
Mrs Bullivant has vast amounts of "Out of Office time" and "Annual Leave" and then "In Meetings" or simply just "Not Available".
She is a very busy woman and appears to have a lot of holidays.
When the social worker tried to contact Mrs Bullivant this week she was yet again on holiday lol.
I advised the Social Worker of the intent to raise this issue with Staffordshire Police as delay and lack of transparency appear the norm.
We are as said before very concerned regarding granddads monies and the ability of the past appointees to provide if they had at all,Place a thief in the middle of this mess, would you contact the police ?.
The Outcome
Mrs Bullivant has sent me and mum an Email today in which she States that they are looking for clarification on what to do and will get back to us lol.
More delays and confusion on the county councils part.
I polity thanked her for the reply and advised that the family will not tolerate this apparent delay behaviour and will contact the police to look deeper into this situation.
We also asked Mrs Bullivant again as so many times before if she would be willing to sit around the table so that the families concerns surrounding many social workers within the council acting inappropriately and telling lies could be taken on board and lessons learnt for the future.
Hell will freeze over before a meeting will ever be accepted by Mrs Bulivant or the County Council as they simply do not want transparency or to learn from mistakes.
They are simply to scared to see the facts and truth in black and white.

We have raised issue regarding false information under the data protection Act
These problems started by Staffordshire County Council who have cleverly passed this headache onto the NHS.
We raised issue with multiple lies and false accounts in our grandads care file.
The Information Officer says she stands by a decision that all data in my grandads case file is accurate as provided by the day care notes supplied by a private care company to them.
The above apparently fully confirmed by a senior adult care manager.
This has got to be there most stupid mistake yet and our family have still not stopped laughing.
Those of you who follow my vast rants will know that the family requested a full investigation by all parties that Staffordshire County Council had used to discredit the family.
One of these was the Private care company that the NHS have stated the evidence came from inc day care sheets.
The care company have acknowledged that no day care sheets were supplied to Staffordshire county council and that no validation of the information the social worker was ever carried out.
All the other false information that we asked the trust to look into apparently can not be found, We are yet to have full visibility of the case file but for starters we have a 63 page report.
At the back of this document is extracts from the case file in which the county council uses a cattalogue of lies and false information to discredit the family.
Me thinks the Information Officer at the SSOTP tries a little bit harder to look at the case file lol.
Moto for the day this family is not going to go away we have a legitimate complaint and will be heard.
All laughable emails forwarded on to the Information Commissioner.
