Well nothing has changed as of yet.
But here is one for thought, How can you possibly ever sort out an issue and then find an outcome if you ignore the evidence ?
I have been informed by the Stoke On Trent Partnership Trust that an Outcome of there review is being sent out in the post with regard to the false information specifically to Mrs Evyone Sivyers reporting of a Vulnerable adult Investigation.
As per usual the trust have carried out there own review without any evidence or input from the family.
It is of no wonder that incidents like mid staffordshire hospital happen.
There are still other issues in this case like Why did Staffordshire County Council Lie to the Department for Work and Pensions.
Why did they falsely record incidents around my grandfathers care.
Why are false records of meetings and telephone calls contained in a document such as an Important care file which should reflect the truth.
One question which will always elude me Why and for what reason and what gain.

I raised a complaint regarding abusive care staff provided by staffordshire county council.
I raised a complaint regarding neglect and abuse at the hands of the Stoke on Trent Partnership.
and The University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
For those who read this blog regularly I am not interested in conspiracies theory but these people need to be bought to account.
A few weeks ago I saw a Tweet by Mr Stuart Poynor of the Stoke on Trent Partnership where he is tweeting about listening and change in the NHS.
I tweeted back that the trust was not interested in listening as I have wrote to him multiple times and not received a reply.
I received a super fast reply that he is always available to listen, Brilliant best laugh this week.
The Nurse who was in the middle of the Stafford Hospital scandal has now been employed as an adviser to the Trusts Board tasked with challenging the trust.
She appeared genuinely concerned regarding the issues the family had with the trust but guess what after requesting me to email her directly, You guessed it No reply.
Until these people see that reviews with little to no information and plain old ignorance does not solve problems, There will never be change and people will continue to suffer.
I have today advised the Trust that all evidence regarding individual social workers has now been passed on to the Social Workers register the HCPC and that all other copies of the information that they have not seen has been fully forwarded to the Information Commissioner.
The data officer at the trust has advised that they have received contact now from the ICO and will reply to them.
I can only hope for the people of staffordhire that the ICO investigation is efficient as it is my beleife that the social care team in Newcastle under Lyme is not fit for purpose.
