What the hell is happening here in Staffordshire and when will it end the police were asked to look into this in 2010 and the cps would not pick it up.
Stoke on Trent Council Possible Fraud ?
I remember a police officer who I had asked to explain why there were discrepancies in my grandads monies between the county council and the care home.
This officer informed me that "at the end of the day the county councils do fund the police".
Make of that what you will.
Until honesty and accountability is built in to these organizations nothing will change,There will always be "Possible" Fraud.
