I was so horrified by the lies and defamation in this document that I needed to act.
I have tried to get those responsible to be held to account however the employers of these social workers concerned are hell bent on protecting and upholding this as a record of care provided.
It is imperative that Adult Social care staff state the facts and truth around the client.
This report has been a full waste of tax payers money and has achieved little.
The Family and friends of grandad have never abused neglected or used offensive language.
We have tried our best to get answers to this catalog of lies and defamation to no avail.
Our advice do not fully trust any social worker to state the truth around your loved ones, There must be good social care staff out there however i have only met one that I could trust in over 2 years.
This is a very serious issue.
It is sad to say when we are at our most vulnerable there are very few we can trust.
