Its been a complete waste of a day.
I asked Staffordshire County Council on the 11th November for information on how much of grandads monies they were holding and Bank Statements for the period of there Illicit Appointeship.
Today everybody is either in back to back meetings or have gone home at 3.30
As usual many broken promises that people will call, So today I tried to find out who at the County Council was in charge of appointeship accounts in general.
Guess what no one has a clue.
It is not there Joint Financial Unit, in fact no department can be found lol.
I discussed at length today with the Department for Work and Pensions who provided me with all the amounts of monies paid over to the County Council.
I have yet again wrote to the County Council and have made it clear that there incompetence and ignorance in this matter will not be tollerated.
My grandad wanted all these matters to be organized and efficient and these people are not helping this process.
It would be nice just for once for these people to be upfront and assist.
It maddens me that when the county council wish information from us the lowly village idiots we all have to jump through hoops to accommodate them, However when we the idiots have the audacity to ask them we get ignorance, delays dishonesty and lack of transparency.
Do they enjoy this or are they to busy putting every letter through there legal teams.
