This very short letter is apparently the outcome of an Financial Review of my grandfathers spending whilst under the control of Staffordshire County Council.
This very short letter is apparently the outcome of an Financial Review of my grandfathers spending whilst under the control of Staffordshire County Council.
We have seen inappropriate spending by Staffordshire County Council and further failure to provide
financially for daily need items.
The County Council gained control of this elderly mans pension and benefits without consultation to him or
the family
The County Council gained these monies by deceitfully providing false information to the Department
for Work and Pensions.
Staffordshire County Council feel that these failures are just "Practice Issues" however these actions have
failed a vulnerable elderly gentleman.
Please be warned this letter alludes to an endemic failure in administration of appointee accounts
generally ? .
These people have no concept of the word transparency or accountability.
However they promote none disclosure,deceit,threats and lies
Our press say "its the norm"
Well bloggers it is time that this norm is challenged and that these people be held to account we are a normal loving family and my grandads life of honesty and accountability and trust will be upheld.
Staffordshire County Council your excuses and delays are falling on deaf ears, You can not be trusted with adult social care.
If any representative from Staffordshire County Council feels that my words are not fact then please feel free to pursue via the courts.
