It has been a few days since my last post and as usual the ignorance is astounding from those who should be in a position to make change.
I have put it to the Trust and the County Council and the Care Agency called Archangel Care that they have fraudulent or none existent care notes surrounding the care of my Late Grandfather.
Still no form of acknowledgement or reply.

I am moving on with my life slowly but have gained a valuable insight into how poor and none existent those Buzz Words like Transparency & Accountability actually represent when spouted by organisations such as our NHS, County Council and the Police.
These people should hold the highest responsibility to protect and serve us the Tax Payer.
I have genuinely given up on politics when it comes to our self serving politicians.
I have also excepted that my own County Council in Staffordshire is more bothered with playing ignorance in how they deal with complaints and how they will twist any evidence or even create evidence to cover their own failings and ignorance.
I have further fully accepted that our NHS which I try to hold in high regard is still not fully accountable and will never be able to achieve a level of transparency good enough for justice or accountability.
The police have been informed of the direct threatening conduct made to me by a social worker and nothing has been done.
The police have been informed regarding the vast amounts of my late grandads care money that has not been accounted for at the Farmhouse Care Home in Newcastle under Lyme.
Nothing has been done and I very much doubt that nothing ever will be done.
There are those that feel the integration of Adult Social Care with Staffordshire County Council and the Local NHS Trusts is a good thing.
I feel sadly that here in Staffordhire it simply will not work as where the local trust want to present a forward thinking attitude, The County Council have little to no understanding of what honesty is.
This is the big question how can any NHS Trust discipline or take any form of action against a rogue social worker if the County Council are protecting the individual to prevent exposure of their failings.
When we are employed we should only have 1 responsible employer and not a set up where Social Workers activities or failings can be interfered with.by any interested party.
I have lost faith in my own local NHS Trust in ever being able to be fully transparent or accountable when ignorance and lies prevail within the County Council.
Staffordshire requires a full overhaul when it comes to Adult Safeguarding, Our elderly are being let down and abused and neglected by the very people who are charged with the public protection.
The problem are endemic in our Care Homes, Adult Social Care, Police and sadly our NHS.
There is nothing that us the little people can do to change it and we should prepare our own self's for a very substandard care in our own vulnerable years to come.
I wish to god that I had never had the realisation of how poor adult care is here in Staffordshire and how far our own county council would go to lie and cover up.
It is a very sad state of affairs.
