It has been a few days since my last update.
I had been working with the local NHS Trust to gain some answers and accountability unfortunately the Trust have become as silent as Staffordshire County Council.
I have tried to work directly with the Ssotp NHS Trust however this has failed.
Mr S Poynor at the trust advised me that myself and grandfather had been left with no Social Work support for a period of two weeks and also advised that no supporting paperwork to show that an investigation had even taken place to protect my late grandfather.
Further that the Social Worker involved had not undertaken the duties expected of a Professional Social Worker.
I have tried without any success to gain a written account of the investigation carried out by the Stoke on Trent Partnership.
The trust have advised that a individual has been subject to disciplinary however they refuse to state what if any.
I have sent email correspondence to the Trust and the County Council, at present these are being ignored.
I had been seriously wrong to believe that this trust wanted to embrace culture change
This is not Accountability or Transparency.
