It has been A short while since I last updated you all, As Usual all is very quiet.
Over the last week I have unfortunately been placed in the position of raising A new complaint with the Stoke On Trent Partnership Trust.
The trust carried out a review into the actions of the main Social Workers involved with both myself and late Grandad.
The Trusts Findings were that we were left with no Social Care support further there was little to no record of the random Vulnerable Adult Investigations.
Despite many requests for the findings to be provided in writing the Trust have fell silent.
The communication from the Trust at CEO level has ceased.
It is of no doubt that the information held by the Trust is both damaging to their own reputation and Staffordshire County Council.
I am very disappointed that the respect I had gained in this trust being Accountable or Transparent was a waste of my own efforts and that the only positive gained was a verbal account of the many failings from Mr S Poynor and the trusts Head of Social Work.
I felt that the Trust were capable of culture change however when the main financial provider is Staffordshire County Council there will be no change.
I continue as always to feel ground into the floor with this but I am determined to drive forward so that overzealous actions carried out by Social Care Staff which cause mental harm to the client and carer are exposed and appropriate actions taken.
Social Care Staff should not threaten carers
Social Care Staff should respect and treat elderly persons monies with respect and appropriately provide.
Social Care staff should not lie or record vexatious information.
The above is why myself and extended family and friends will never trust this profession ever again
