With all the rhetoric and spin regarding transparency, accountability within local gov and our local NHS I feel that after the recent exposure of Rotherham Council and general bullying and denial of failings within these Organisations I have decided that it is time to publically ask individuals such as local staffordshire MPs
Police and Crime Commissioner's and CEOs of our NHS here in Staffordshire some direct questions.
Why despite Mr Stuart Poynors insistence of Transparency it will not put down in writing Social Services failure to provide Social Care.
Why despite many requests for Staffordshire Police to investigate financial provision for my late grandfather, No investigation has ever taken place despite our family concerns that either the Social Worker or the Care Home have Misplaced or stolen nearly £1000.00.
Despite Staffordshire Social Workers admitting to Threatening Conduct, No Police action has taken place.
Despite the obvious existence of fraudulent documents either created for or by Staffordshire County Council or the Partnershipto to date nothing has been investigated regarding this and no police action has taken place.
Staffordshire County Council are in Denial of failing to protect and carry out a full and proper Vulnerable Adult Investigation.
And have been allowed to dismiss the above by protection from the Local Government Ombudsman.
Why does it appear that the Stoke on Trent Partnership and its CEO despite publicly stating that his trust are open and that its trust will acknowledge blame, are determined not to put down in writing there failure to provide Social Care exists.
It is my strong belief that both the trust and the County Council are in denial of how my late grandfather and myself were treated and that it will only be a matter of time before this type of ignorance is exposed.
I can only hope that they can change but am concerned that these organisations are beyond hope or change.

We are here to try to make change please dont send posts which are without viable proof there are some good people out there attempting to do a good job.
