2 days hard work pays off review of 63 page investigation report

Good morning folkes

Its now 2:45 am and I have finally gone through the full investigation and the associated notes.

I started going through these Thursday afternoon at 1:30 worked until 1:30 am friday Morning,

Started again at 10:00 am friday and only just finished it has been long hard work.

Unfortunately still can not disclose contents but sum info.

They held on to it for a week and a half checking for spelling mistakes/
You have got to be kiddin lost count of spelling errors mine aint so bad after all
Repeated sentences brilliant added to that incorrect initials reg who said what.

Statement of the Week "If I do not understand an email I do not bother to reply" Brilliant 

only 1 social worker stated the true reflection of a telephone call
only 1 social worker got the complete telephone conversation completely wrong
only 1 social worker tried to put my side forward

The investigation interviews show different than the internal case file on multiple counts.
There is a theme right through the investigation and the internal case file.
Other 3rd parties made statements that were fiction.

On the good side all paperwork that is inaccurate can be supported with evidence to prove inaccuracy

all 3rd party statements can be disposed of with there own documents.

Solicitor called today he says he has not received the investigation yet from the SCC and has requested the document from me I have spent the last 2 days creating a dent in the settee for with the family comments added.

The most strange thing that I never thought possible would be that I would have to seek further legal advise that I though would never be available to your average Jo Blogs like me.

I myself and other carer including my elderly mother will be visiting this second solicitor soon to instruct action and thank goodness for the first time it is not directly due to Grandad.
