Complaints Management

Complaints Management only works when people tell the truth and actively try to resolve and learn from complaints.

A sure fire way to stiffen my resolve is telling lies and trying different types of delay tactics.

Cultural change will only happen if the current partnerships between local NHS Trust and respective County Councils work either openly with the complainant.

Social Workers need to have a single line management and not be the responsibility of two completely different organizations.

This is where the problem arises the local NHS trust wants to apparently be transparent and hold its hand up with failure where they are clearly to blame.

The County Council wish to go down the line that I am a thief and have gone out of its way to push this false claim whilst mismanaging everything from my grandad finances to how they fail to carry out vulnerable adult investigations and his personal safety.

I have said this before and I stick by it that I will not rest whilst this risk to our counties elderly and there family's and carers exist.

Keep reading the updates as this Wednesday I am in talks with Mr Mathew Ellis Police and Crime Commissioner as I wish to ask him why the local Multi Agency Safeguarding HUB have taken no steps to look into Staffordshire County Councils activities regarding elderly peoples monies.

It is my Birthday today and the only thing I could have wished for was this whole thing sorted however it appears that lies and delays are the norm.

Steve
