If there is evidence behind this it has got to be the most appalling state of affairs and this council should be held accountable including its social care staff.
There are elements in this that bring to mind a certain other county council.
There is never any excuse for a cover up this sort of practice must stop now our county councils should be able to be trusted by the public they serve.
