A quick update.
Yet again Staffordshire County Council persist in there on going attempts to both delay the LGO decision and to cause unnecessary distress to myself.
The apology from the NHS Trust is now next to useless and serves no comfort at all.
2 parties were responsible for the creation and support of the so called cover up and deceit investigation.
The Trust have placed on the table the full extent of what had happened and made apology however there so called partners at Staffordshire County Council have continued in its complete ignorance to both myself and late grandfather who they failed to protect.
It is good to hear of change and accountability in the NHS but until county councils such as staffordshire start to be honest and engage in process designed to protect the public then they will serve no use.
This is my plea to Staffordshire County Council , Start to work with the Local Government Ombudsman and learn from your mistakes.
My experience with your complaints management has been like teaching a child to not lie and to be honest however I think teaching a Child would have been easier.
I will call the Local Government Ombudsman tomorrow to inquire if they are willing to go ahead and make there decision without giving Staffordshire County Council yet another time delay to play with.
