Here is today's stupidity and my latest reply
The Mrs Bullivant referred to is the same lady who persistently refused meetings or reasonable requests by myself and family.
Over the past 3 years Mrs Bullivant and the county council have undertaken everything in there power to evade the serious issue of Safeguarding failure and the conduct of its Social Workers this now appears to be the present attitude of the Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust.
The County Council and the trust have been shown to fail in adult safeguarding procedures and financial responsibility and care in relation directly to my deceased grandfather and myself.
The Trust initiated a financial review of my late grandfathers monies and a review of the social workers conduct in his care.
The Trust have been requested to show its findings regarding its own and the Staffordshire County Councils Conduct.
The Trust appear to be unable to provide its own findings in writing without the authority from the county council.
Does this trust require a board of directors or a CEO if it cannot act Transparently without authorization from a seperate entity.
Two words spring to mind Collusion and Coverup very sad.

As usual complete and utter chaos.
I have raised a Complaint with the trust which you appear to be trying to dismiss.
In your previous email you stated that there was no record of my complaint.
Am I now supposed to assume that the partnership wishes to ignore there responsibility in this request and pass the matter over to a underhand and incompetent complaints manager at the County Council ?.
I am lost for words in the way that the trust have acted in this matter and can only conclude that the trust is as incompetant as the county council.
To date I have yet to see any proactive or decent contact from Mrs Bullivant and certainly do not envisage any common sense soon.
I wish to make this very clear the Trust has a responsibility to deal with this complaint and it was raised directly with your trust.
I require a copy of your Lead Social Workers report as requested by Mr Stuart Poynor CEO of the trust.
I further require a full review as to why your trust has now resumed its complete silence in this matter.
As you are aware the investigation carried out by Mr Andrew Errington showed that issues surrounding adult social care provision and Safeguarding had failed and procedures not followed.
The county council and Mrs Bullivant have been persistent in the cover up of these failings, and it is now fully apparent that the Trust would like to do the same.
This is simply unacceptable the blatant attempt to suppress or cover up failings in Safeguarding and treatment of the elderly and their carers is in my opinion criminal.
