Here I am again, lol here is latest email from Staffordshire County Council.
Clueless is not even a word I could use.
The Trust have established that Adult Safeguarding practice and procedure has not been followed by the County Council and The Stoke on Trent Partnership.
Mrs Bullivant in her letter refers to the LGO decison regarding the County Council and the councils failure to provide the LGO with the correct documentation in relation to the case.
With regard to the LGO decision this takes no account of the County Councils and The Trusts failure to provide Social Care/Safeguarding or further threatening conduct from social workers such as Mrs Bethan Lally.
Finaly I am not raising a complaint with the Council as it serves no purpose and they will dawdle delay and evade at any point to evade transparency.

This Matter is nothing to do with either yourself or Staffordshire County Council.
Mr Stuart Poynor has instigated a full investigation into the conduct and failure to safeguard Mr Ronald Bourne.
The findings of this report are very serious.
A new and unconected complaint has been raised with the trust not the county council due to communication problems.
This is about transparency and accountability within the trust.
In the meantime I will still await the County Councils compliance with the existing recomendations from the LGO regarding data sharing with myself, hopefully in this you could share the fraudulent day care notes.

have been made aware by colleagues at Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent
Partnership NHS Trust that you wish to make a complaint about
transparency in relation to the LGO or
yourself not being provided with a copy of the Investigation Report
from your complaint.
I
am unsure which investigation report you are referring to as the LGO
have made a finding on this case and have not highlighted that we did
not provide the appropriate information
to them to make a judgement.
I would be grateful if you would clarify this for me in order that we can progress with your concern.
