I have yet again this evening checked the Local Government Ombudsman's publication with regard to
the decision that they were forced to make based on the facts that I had managed to uncover.
I am very saddened that they have still not published the findings so for the benefit of those who wish to see the outcome of the farcical cover up by our public ombudsman's please check the link
Staffordshire County Council Upheld Complaint
The basics of this complaint were that neither the County Council or the Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust ever carried out any Vulnerable Adult Investigation and what information it had collected was fraudulently created either by them or a care company by the name of Archangel Care Services
The depth of my concerns have never been looked into by either the Council or the Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust and the failings in Social Care including Safeguarding have been shoved into the dark.
The Social Workers involved in the threatening conduct and fraud and lies have not been held to account and are being allowed by there employers to still be involved with vulnerable adults there families and carers.
There can be no Safeguarding or Trust whilst lies and fraud exist within the local social care team here in Newcastle Under Lyme.
Staffordshire is not A safe place to grow old.
