Refusal to provide what you stated you would provide

Hi Folks

As Promised an update

When a professional CEO like Mr Stuart Poynor of the Staffordshire and stoke on Trent Partnership makes a statement that he is genuinely sorry for the actions and omission's of his own staff and that written findings will be provided.

How can any individual trust the integrity of a CEO when it comes to then refusing to provide the evidence for which his apology was made.

Today after many months of trying to gain the evidence which was promised the Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust have used the Data Protection Act to Refuse the provision of a document that if seen by the public would expose failure to protect Vulnerable Adults, Chaotic investigation practices,
Social Workers spending the funds of Vulnerable Adults in their care and not even providing receipts.

Home care records being fraudulently created and serious issues of Social Worker misconduct.

I firmly believe that there is and should be No Hiding place for Cover Up and Reputation Protection.

This Trust has No Understanding of Integrity, Accountability, Culture Change and its CEO is not a man of his word.

The fight will go on and a further application will be made to Information Commissioner due to the Trusts response to the request.

The People of Staffordshire deserve to see how unfit are services are and only then we may be able to effect Culture Change.

Steve
