Could I Be A Vexatious Compalinant at Stoke On Trent Partnership

Hi Folks

Over recent weeks a suggestion was made by the Stoke on Trent Partnership Trust to attempt to facilitate a meeting where the Social Workers involved in my late granddads care could explain and make apology.

Here is the Trusts Latest and I suspect final reply in the matter.

Stephen,

My apologies for not getting back to you within the revised timeline.

We have had the discussions with all of the staff named in the complaint, with whom you wanted to meet so that we could mediate the issues; enabling the staff to listen to you in a face to face meeting and make an apology to you, over and above the apology that you have received from Stuart and the then Chairman.

I am now able to report to you that the staff are unwilling to meet with you and as such the proposed mediation meeting will not go ahead.

I would reiterate that as an organisation we have ensured that lessons have been learnt from your experiences. We have completed the action plans that were agreed with you under the original complaint and subsequently through the LGO. You will know that the then Chairman took considerable time to discuss with you your concerns and to respond to them, making the offer of a meeting with you. We made sure that full co-operation was had with the LGO, promptly responding to and addressing the questions that they asked of us and the County Council.

We are now at the stage where there is nothing further that we can do as an organisation in relation to your complaint and concerns.

Thank you again for your patience in waiting for our response.

Regards

The reason why I am not still satisfied or going away.

A simple explanation and genuine apology from those who committed these actions could have conveyed genuine remorse however at this Trust it appears that when you cause damage you are above the law and own employer.

Mrs A Truubshaw made a known false statement to the Department for work and Pensions stating that I was stealing monies from my late grandfather, This written statement is defamatory with out any misunderstanding.

Mrs B Lally despite not gaining receipts for items purchased or protecting my late grandfathers financial interests, engaged in a direct threatening manner via telephone
The above if carried out by any member of the public can be seen as a criminal matter.

Mrs E Sivyer Not carrying out a full and impartial Adult Protection Investigation which was carried out on fraudulent evidence either obtained or created for her by a third party, Evidence that could have been easily confirmed as fiction.

There were many other so called Social Work Professionals involved in this serious failure in professional standard however these individuals are still free to practice without any visibility of disciplinary or any responsibility for the actions and failings that were carried out.

The employer feels that these matters are resolved as the reader can see in the above letter, I can only gain the opinion from the letter that these individuals are free to discredit any decent member of society and lie and threaten when it come to Adult Care and its hard working supportive carers.

I hold no trust in the Social Care System or what it should stand for and for myself and family there will never be any respect for this profession in the future.

Steve
